KIDS BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
For Ages 4 - 14 Years
Our aim is to provide a safe, fun environment in which to help children develop a deep confidence, while reinforcing positive values and good character. Promoting focus, determination, fitness, and many other qualities, learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu provides children with options to effectively defend themselves and find a way out of conflict. Most martial arts programs rely on teaching striking techniques: punches; kicks; knees; and elbows; but BJJ takes a different approach. All the techniques are purely defensive, utilize no strikes and are proven to work at the highest levels of combat sports and self-defence.
In an age when kids are all too likely to sit at home and play video games, the benefits of learning a new skill, whilst increasing their physical & emotional fitness and making new friends has never been more clear. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a brilliant way for children to socialize, develop their character and have fun.
BJJ may just be one of the very few ways that a child can simultaneously improve their physical attributes at the same time as developing their mind and improving their social skills.
All of these acquired skills will help build the foundation for a life of success.
